The 23rd edition of the Zee Cine Awards 2025, presented by Maruti Suzuki, turned Mumbai’s NSCI Dome into a dazzling celebration of Indian cinema, where fans and stars alike came together to revel in the magic of movies. Hosted by ZEE, the glamorous evening honoured the year’s most iconic performances, while also recognizing the power of fandom that fuels the heart of Bollywood.
As per a press release shared by the channel, the purple carpet turned into a spectacle of style, elegance and charm, as Indian cinema’s biggest names arrived in show-stopping ensembles. From seasoned stars to rising talents, the evening was an exuberant display of fashion and fandom, nostalgia and new-age energy.
Kartik Aaryan led the glamour parade, looking sharp in an all-grey tailored suit that perfectly complemented his suave persona. Ananya Panday looked effortlessly graceful in a white saree, while Rashmika Mandanna impressed with her all-black elegance. Tamannaah Bhatia made heads turn with her confident black ensemble, owning the spotlight with undeniable charm.
Adding to the allure, Tiger Shroff and Aparshakti Khurana brought sleek sophistication to the carpet in classic black, while Sharvari stunned in a dramatic black bow gown. Rasha Thadani exuded timeless beauty in a sea-green saree, Jacqueline Fernandez dazzled in an all-black gown, and Vaani Kapoor shimmered in a yellow and black glitter outfit.
Vikrant Massey, the evening’s co-host, brought his signature sophistication in a sleek black suit, joined by his co-hosts Aparshakti and Ravi Kishan. Shanaya Kapoor’s silver shimmer saree, Suniel Shetty’s blue striped suit, and Lord Bobby’s statement white suit brought even more star power to the night. Also making waves on the purple carpet were the ‘Laapataa Ladies’ cast Ravi Kishan, Pratibha Ranta, and Nitanshi Goel along with composer duo Sachin-Jigar in black-and-gold.
The awards night itself was no less than a cinematic spectacle. Kicking off with Kartik Aaryan’s high-energy Bhool Bhulaiyaa act, the stage lit up with one blockbuster performance after another. Ananya Panday brought the pop vibes, while Rashmika Mandanna’s radiant presence, Tamannaah’s fiery moves, and Tiger Shroff’s athletic dance routines set the stage ablaze.
Adding to the glamour were sizzling acts by Sharvari, Rasha, Jacqueline, and Vaani. Hosts Vikrant, Aparshakti, and Ravi brought in their trademark wit and punchy humour, ensuring there was never a dull moment between the electric performances.
But beyond the glitz, the soul of the event lay in the awards that honoured cinematic excellence from veteran stars and rising actors to behind-the-scenes technicians and storytellers who shape Indian cinema. This year’s awards also took a step further by acknowledging the audience, whose love, applause, and loyalty power the industry forward.
Whether through heartwarming tributes, candid fan moments, or collective celebrations, the 23rd Zee Cine Awards 2025 was more than just another awards ceremony — it was a heartfelt tribute to everything cinema stands for.
