According to reports from IANS, the messaging giant is experimenting with a ‘quick action bar’ feature on its Android version, enabling users to swiftly access essential functions and features.
The new icon, positioned just above the microphone button, introduces a quick action bar above the chat input area.
This feature is designed to make customer interactions more efficient and user-friendly, offering a variety of functionalities at users’ fingertips. With the quick action bar, users can effortlessly create orders, access pre-set quick replies, and conveniently send products from their product catalogue.
‘The update aims to enhance and simplify the process of engaging with customers, ensuring that these key features are readily available, ultimately saving businesses valuable time and effort when interacting with the app,’ stated the report.
