Sohel Nalwalla has been appointed as the Director of Supply Chain and Quality Systems at Westlife Foodworld Ltd. (formerly Westlife Development Ltd.), the owner and operator of McDonald’s restaurants in West and South India (QS).
He will report to Westlife’s chief operating officer, Saurabh Kalra, and will be in charge of procurement, quality service, warehousing, and distribution.

Sohel spent two years as the head of Supply Chain Management and Procurement at the K-Hospitality Group before joining Westlife. Sohel has nearly 30 years of experience working for companies such as Sapphire Foods, Dodsal Hospitality, Sodexo, and Ambassador’s SkyChef. He specializes in procurement, planning, warehousing and distribution, quality assurance, costing, and client management.
Westlife Foodworld Ltd. is an Indian fast food restaurant holding company founded in 1982. As of December 2022, the company operates 341 restaurants in 52 cities, including 67 Drive-Thrus, 288 McCafés, and 205 Experience of the Future (EOTF) restaurants.
