The eagerly anticipated sequel to Dibakar Banerjee’s 2010 film, ‘Love Sex Aur Dhokha,’ made headlines on Valentine’s Day as Ekta Kapoor announced the release of ‘Love Sex Aur Dhokha 2,’slated to hit theaters on April 19.
Adding to the buzz surrounding the film, it has now been confirmed that social media influencer and television personality Uorfi Javed is set to make her much-awaited Bollywood debut with this sequel, directed by Dibakar Banerjee, IANS reported.
‘Love Sex Aur Dhokha 2’ promises to deliver an intriguing narrative, blending elements of love with the influence of social media in today’s digital age. With news of Tushar Kapoor and Mouni Roy making cameo appearances already circulating, the addition of Uorfi Javed to the cast further amplifies anticipation for the film.
An insider from the industry revealed earlier that Mouni Roy will play a significant role in the sequel. They disclosed, “Mouni Roy will be seen in the highly anticipated sequel of Ekta Kapoor‘s ‘Love, Sex Aur Dhokha 2.’ Ekta and Mouni share a longstanding relationship since Mouni’s debut, and now, in this film, Mouni is set to portray a character unlike any seen before.”
‘Love Sex Aur Dhokha 2’ is a joint production by Balaji Motion Pictures, a division of Balaji Telefilms, and Cult Movies, produced by Ekta Kapoor and Shobha Kapoor.
Directed by Dibakar Banerjee, the film is poised to captivate audiences with its unique storyline and stellar cast. Scheduled for release on April 19, 2024, the film promises to be a cinematic treat for moviegoers eagerly awaiting its arrival.
