Truecaller, the global communications platform, has appointed Archana Roche as Global Head of Measurement & Analytics for its expanding Ad Solutions division.
The move underlines the company’s growing emphasis on creating a world-class advertising ecosystem built on data-backed insights, transparent metrics, and measurable business impact.
It was noted that as the advertising industry shifts towards performance-driven outcomes, Truecaller Ad Solutions is positioning itself as a trusted partner for brands seeking both measurable results and meaningful engagement. Roche’s appointment is seen as a pivotal step towards making measurement a core strategic pillar, enabling advertisers to achieve better return on investment through advanced analytics and evidence-based attribution.
With over 18 years of experience in digital measurement, ad effectiveness, and data strategy, Roche joins from Aleph, where she served as Global Lead for Meta Measurement. She has previously spearheaded marketing effectiveness projects across Europe, Africa, and the Asia-Pacific region, introducing methodologies such as incrementality testing, lift studies, and Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM). Her earlier career includes strategic roles with Tata Motors, Pidilite, and Future Group, giving her a strong foundation in both digital-first and traditional marketing environments.
“Measurement will be a defining factor in the next phase of growth for Truecaller Ad Solutions,” said Roche. “We’re building a framework rooted in trust, precision, and accountability—ensuring every ad dollar delivers clarity and real business results. Our mission is to create an ecosystem where advertisers not only measure what matters but also act on it with confidence.”
Hemant Arora, VP Global Ads Business at Truecaller, welcomed the appointment, adding, “Under Archana’s leadership, we will continue to evolve our analytics capabilities—integrating performance metrics across the customer journey, from awareness to conversion. This reinforces our ambition to provide an insight-led advertising platform that delivers both scale and precision.”
With a monthly active user base of over 450 million worldwide, Truecaller Ad Solutions combines massive reach with verified identity, contextual targeting, and a privacy-first approach. The addition of Roche at the helm of analytics is expected to further enhance the platform’s ability to offer advertisers brand-safe, performance-driven solutions that connect them with the right audience at the right moment.
