In a captivating teaser released on Saturday, Bollywood actress Sushmita Sen showcased her remarkable acting skills in the upcoming web series, ‘Taali‘.

The series, helmed by director Ravi Jadhav, will be available for streaming on JioCinema from August 15.

Sen’s fierce look and mesmerizing presence in the motion poster has already taken the internet by storm, leaving fans eagerly awaiting the teaser.

‘Taali’ revolves around the inspiring life of Shreegauri Sawant, a dedicated advocate for the rights of India’s third gender. The 46-second teaser captures the essence of Shreegauri’s journey, aptly described as ‘Gaali Se Taali Tak’. 

Sen’s strong portrayal of the transgender character, combined with impactful dialogue delivery and a rousing background score, is certain to send shivers down the audience’s spines, ANI reported.

Sushmita Sen herself shared the teaser on her Instagram handle, leaving fans in awe of her exceptional performance. The actress captioned the post, “Gaali se Taali tak ke safar ki yeh kahaani. ‘Taali’ is the brainchild of creators Arjun Singgh Baran and Kartk D Nishandar, who aim to depict Gauri’s courageous quest for recognition, equality, and identity in this inspiring series.
