Hindi Movie channel, backed by Sony Pictures Television International (SPTI), is ready to premiere the family comedy film ‘Toolsidas Junior’ on Sony MAX on May 22, 2022.

Starring Varun Buddhadev as Toolsidas Junior, Sanjay Dutt as Mohammed Salaam, and the late Rajiv Kapoor in his last film as ‘Toolsidas’.

Based on true events and set in Calcutta in the mid-’90s, a young child is determined to conquer life’s challenges to reclaim his father’s reputation. The film is a heartwarming, motivational yet simple story of a young, inspired kid, his love for Snooker, and the emotional heart-singing relationship with his father.

Written and directed by Mridul, produced by Bhushan Kumar, Krishan Kumar, Ashutosh Gowariker, and Sunita Gowariker.
