Sony AATH to enhance afternoon lineup with ‘Taarak Mehta Kka Chhota Chashmah’

Bengali entertainment channel Sony AATH is set to brighten up afternoons for its viewers with the premiere of ‘Taarak Mehta Kka Chhota Chashmah.’

The show, featuring animated characters inspired by the popular TV series ‘Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah,’ will begin airing on September 7, 2024, at 12:30 pm.

Created by Asit Kumarr Modi, ‘Taarak Mehta Kka Chhota Chashmah’ brings the same light-hearted humor, engaging storytelling, and moral lessons that have made the original series a favorite in many households.

The animated show captures the antics of beloved characters like Jethalal, who constantly finds himself in trouble, Dayaben with her boundless energy and innocence, and the inseparable bond of Tapu and Babuji, promising laughter and joy for all.

This new addition aligns with Sony AATH‘s goal of expanding its family entertainment content for Bengali-speaking audiences. Each episode will present a mini-adventure featuring the close-knit families of Gokuldham Society, filled with humor, love, and valuable life lessons.
