Škoda Auto India has rolled out a new integrated brand campaign, ‘You Never Drive Alone’, in partnership with BBH India, marking the launch of its brand-wide service programme, ‘Škoda Super Care’. The initiative is aimed at strengthening customer confidence and ownership experience across Škoda’s entire product portfolio from 2026 onwards.
According to a press release issued by the company, ‘Škoda Super Care’ brings together a unified service framework that includes best-in-class ownership benefits such as extended warranty coverage, roadside assistance, free services and newly introduced Škoda Check-in services. The programme is designed to offer customers greater clarity, predictable service costs and long-term peace of mind throughout the vehicle ownership lifecycle.
The campaign is led by a brand film that moves away from conventional service communication and instead focuses on emotion-led storytelling. Set against a scenic road journey, the film subtly reinforces the idea that Škoda customers are supported at every step, backed by the brand’s expanding service network across 183 cities in India. The narrative positions driving not merely as a functional act, but as an experience enriched by reassurance and trust.
Commenting on the launch, Ashish Gupta, Brand Director, Škoda Auto India, said the initiative reflects a shift in how the company supports customers beyond the showroom. He noted that Škoda Super Care combines four years of warranty and roadside assistance with four free services, including early check-ins at 1,000 and 7,500 kilometres, ensuring a stronger service connect and value-driven ownership experience.
Parikshit Bhattacharya, Chief Creative Officer, BBH India and Propagate India, said the creative approach was rooted in visualising support as a quiet, constant presence rather than overt messaging. The idea, he added, was to communicate reassurance through feeling rather than information.
The ‘You Never Drive Alone’ campaign is currently live across television, digital, print and out-of-home platforms, reinforcing Škoda Auto India’s focus on building long-term ownership confidence and customer trust through its newly launched Super Care service programme.
