According to a UNI report, the actress shared her excitement about the new season, summing up her enthusiasm with a cheerful, “Bohot excited!” Speaking about what viewers can look forward to, she said the upcoming edition will reflect the spirit of a changing nation. “Is baar MasterChef India mein dikhega naye India ka rang aur dhang. Aa rahi hain jodiyan, aur har plate mein hoga India,” she said, underlining the season’s focus on togetherness, ambition and India’s evolving culinary identity.
The new season introduces a fresh jodi format, where contestants will compete in pairs such as mother-daughter, brother-sister and other close relationships. Returning as judges for this dynamic chapter are renowned chefs Ranveer Brar, Kunal Kapur and Vikas Khanna, who will guide contestants through demanding challenges and creative tests. Adding to the buzz, Ranveer Brar recently revealed more about the format during an appearance on ‘Kaun Banega Crorepati’, saying that ‘MasterChef India’ will, for the first time, crown not one but two MasterChefs, reflecting the paired format.
