Actors Sharad Kelkar and Harleen Sethi are set to captivate audiences in their upcoming medical drama, ‘Doctors’. Joining them in the ensemble cast are Aamir Ali, Vivaan Shah, and Viraff Patel.
As per the makers, Doctors dives deep into the complexities of the medical profession, blending drama, emotion, and suspense to offer an engaging binge-watch experience for the holiday season, ANI reported.
The show’s teaser, unveiled on Friday, offers audiences a sneak peek into the gripping world of ‘Doctors’.
The logline of the series reads, “They don’t believe in miracles. They make miracles happen.”
Directed by Sahir Raza and produced by Jyoti Deshpande (Jio Studios) in collaboration with Siddharth P. Malhotra and Sapna Malhotra, ‘Doctors’ is slated for release on JioCinema on December 27.
Sharad Kelkar, recently seen in the Marathi film Raanti, portrayed Vishnu, a character inspired by the powerful Narasimha avatar from Hindu mythology. The film, featuring Sanjay Narvekar, Santosh Juvekar, and Nagesh Bhosle, showcased themes of strength, resilience, and justice.
Harleen Sethi, known for her role in ‘Broken But Beautiful’ opposite Vikrant Massey, also made waves earlier this year with the series ‘Bad Cop’, sharing the screen with Anurag Kashyap and Gulshan Devaiah.
With its compelling storyline, stellar cast, and exploration of the triumphs and tribulations of the medical field, ‘Doctors’ promises to be a standout addition to JioCinema’s lineup.
Mark your calendars for December 27 and prepare to witness a series that highlights the dedication and humanity behind the profession that creates miracles.
