The highly anticipated film ‘Bloody Daddy’ is set to premiere exclusively on JioCinema on June 9, for free, providing a best-in-class cinematic experience right in the comfort of your own home.

JioCinema’s first direct-to-OTT film, the stylized relentless action-packed ride is one of Bollywood’s biggest films to embrace a digital release.

The platform unveiled the action-packed trailer for the Ali Abbas Zafar-directed film at a grand event in Mumbai, attended by Shahid Kapoor and the director.

The Bloody avatar of Shahid will be accompanied by an equally talented cast of Diana Penty, Sanjay Kapoor, Ronit Roy, and Rajeev Khandelwal in pivotal roles, produced by Jyoti Deshpande, Sundar Kheterpal, Gaurav Bose, Himanshu Kishan Mehra, and Ali Abbas Zafar.

Sumair (Shahid Kapoor) faces off against Gurugram’s white-collar drug lords, deceitful friends, ruthless crime bosses, murderous narcs, and both corrupt and honest cops on one fateful night in Bloody Daddy.

Amid a post-COVID party apocalypse, this beleaguered man accepts a perilous new normal and will go to any length to save the one relationship that truly matters to him. The action-packed extravaganza was written by Ali Abbas Zafar and Aditya Basu and produced by Jio Studios, AAZ Films, and Offside Entertainment in association with Vermilion World.

Speaking about his unconventional role, Shahid Kapoor said, “Doing an out-an-out action film was something I have been wanting to do but I was waiting for the right one to come my way.
