Digital marketing company Sapphire Media-owned Reliance Broadcast Network Limited (RBNL) has unveiled ONE BIG WORLD, a new integrated media and entertainment ecosystem that marks the company’s evolution beyond radio into a multi-platform network spanning digital, news, out-of-home media and live experiences.
According to a Reliance Broadcast Network press release, ONE BIG WORLD has been developed on the legacy of BIG FM and represents a strategic shift from operating individual business verticals to building a unified ecosystem designed to engage consumers across both physical and digital platforms. The new venture will operate from a 60,000 sq. ft. facility in Noida.
RBNL said the new ecosystem currently reaches more than 500 million users every month through its network of 67 BIG FM radio stations, the BIG News Network, over 100 million lifetime users on BIG LIVE, a social media reach exceeding 20 million users and more than 5,000 transit-based BIG DOOH screens spread across over 75 cities.
The company also announced its expansion into hyperlocal, vernacular digital content and experiential businesses through the launch of BIG FM One, BIG Experiences and BIG Vibe.
Commenting on the launch, Sahil Mangla, Chairman of RBNL, said BIG FM has built deep trust and strong local connections with audiences over the past two decades.
He described ONE BIG WORLD as the company’s response to changing consumer behaviour, transforming Reliance Broadcast from a radio broadcaster into a comprehensive media platform that combines radio, digital, news, digital out-of-home (DOOH) and live experiences through an AI-powered ecosystem.
