Zee Cinema is set to enthrall audiences with the much-anticipated action spectacle ‘Rathnam’, premiering on television this Friday at 8 pm.

Directed by the accomplished filmmaker Hari, known for his blockbuster hits such as ‘Main Hoon Surya’ and ‘Singham 2’, ‘Rathnam’ promises to deliver a gripping narrative featuring intense performances from a stellar ensemble cast, including Vishal, Priya Bhavani Shankar, Gautam Menon, Samuthirakani, and Yogi Babu, UNI reported.

The film centers around the titular character, ‘Rathnam’, played by Revolutionary Star Vishal, who serves as a loyal henchman under the influential MLA Panner Selvam. Rathnam’s life takes a dramatic turn when he intervenes to protect a young girl who is attacked by a gang of rowdies while on her way to a job interview in Vellore. This pivotal moment transforms him into her guardian angel, setting the stage for an emotional and action-packed journey.
