Actor Priyanka Chopra Jonas was honoured with the prestigious Global Vanguard Honour at the 5th edition of the Gold Gala held at The Music Centre in Downtown Los Angeles, California.
According to a PTI report, the event took place on May 9 and celebrated individuals who have made a significant global impact while breaking cultural barriers and promoting diverse representation across industries. Priyanka Chopra Jonas was recognised for her contribution to cinema and entertainment on the international stage, as well as for representing South Asian talent globally.
The actor later shared glimpses from the evening on her Instagram account, posting a series of photographs and videos from the event. Priyanka appeared in a custom sculpted white gown designed by Amit Aggarwal. The outfit featured intricate chikankari detailing, blending traditional Indian craftsmanship with a modern silhouette.
