OpenAI has launched a new initiative called ‘ChatGPT for Small Businesses’ to help small businesses use artificial intelligence (AI) in their daily work.
According to a Storyboard18 report today, the program offers training sessions, workshops, practical guides, and ready-to-use resources to make AI adoption easier.
As part of the initiative, OpenAI will organise online webinars and in-person AI workshops where business owners can learn how to use ‘ChatGPT Work’ for tasks such as accounting, marketing, e-commerce, customer support, and business operations.
The sessions will include live demonstrations, workflow examples, and prompt libraries designed for small businesses.
The company said that during its previous Small Business AI Jams, 78percent of participants created a working AI workflow in just one day, while 42percent said AI helped them save more than five hours every week.
OpenAI has also expanded ChatGPT Work’s integrations with popular business platforms, including ‘Dropbox’, ‘Shopify’, ‘Intuit’, ‘Slack’, ‘Atlassian’, and ‘Wix’. These integrations will allow businesses to connect ChatGPT with the software they already use and automate routine tasks more efficiently.
The program also includes customer success stories, interactive workflow guides, and short educational videos to help businesses get started with AI. OpenAI said participants will be able to share feedback through webinars, events, and surveys, which will help the company improve its products and training resources in the future.
The new initiative builds on the recently launched ‘ChatGPT Work’, an AI agent that can complete multi-step tasks across connected apps, files, and business workflows. OpenAI says the program is designed to help small businesses adopt AI in a practical and easy to use way.
