Fans of Akshay Kumar were treated to an exciting reveal as the trailer for ‘Oh My God 2′(OMG2) hit screens. Promising a captivating mix of humour and thought-provoking social messages, the sequel follows in the footsteps of its 2012 predecessor, ‘OMG – Oh My God!’
The satirical comedy carries forward the legacy of its predecessor, which was a massive hit back in 2012.
A teaser for ‘OMG 2’ had created a frenzy among netizens just a few weeks ago, with viewers buzzing about Akshay Kumar’s portrayal of a character bearing a striking resemblance to Lord Shiva, UNI reported.
The film boasts an ensemble cast led by the charismatic Akshay Kumar, along with the accomplished Pankaj Tripathi and the talented Yami Gautam.
Directed by Amit Rai, the movie is a joint production by Ashwin Varde, Viacom 18 and Jio Studios. The theatrical release date is set for August 11.
