With an illustrious career spanning more than thirty years, Viresh Dhaibar boasts a wealth of experience in the media and entertainment industry, Financial Express reported.
His professional journey includes tenures at esteemed organizations such as Munjal Auto Industries Ltd (Hero Group), Taj Television India Pvt Ltd, and Zee Entertainment Enterprises Ltd.
Dhaibar’s expertise encompasses regulatory compliance, litigation, and active involvement in shaping consultation papers issued by the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI).
As a former member of the Legal Committee of the Indian Broadcasting Foundation (IBF), Viresh Dhaibar has showcased exceptional proficiency in legal arenas, navigating through the complexities of the Telecom Disputes Settlement and Appellate Tribunal (TDSAT), High Courts, and the Supreme Court.
