NXTDIGITAL, the dynamic digital media division of Hinduja Global Solutions Ltd. (HGS), is set to broaden its digital offerings and expand its reach across India. To further elevate customer satisfaction, the group has appointed veteran communications and customer engagement expert Sooraj Keswani as its Chief Customer Experience Officer.
With a rich professional background spanning more than three decades in media, retail, marketing, and enterprise consulting at esteemed companies like The Indian Express Newspapers, Madison, Concept Communication, Hansa Cequity, and Mirum India, Sooraj will spearhead initiatives to enhance customer experience across all product portfolios, Financial Express reported.
One of his primary responsibilities will involve collaborating with the group’s extensive pan-India franchisee network to create and deliver customized products tailored to hyperlocal preferences. Additionally, he will oversee branding and marketing functions.
