Hindustan Pencils, the stationery brand behind the iconic Nataraj and Apsara product lines, has announced its association with NDTV Indian of the Year 2025 as the Official Stationery Partner. The partnership brings together two brands that celebrate excellence, creativity and impact, with Nataraj aiming to highlight its ‘be bold’ philosophy through this high-profile collaboration.
According to a press release from the stationery company, the association is designed to reflect Nataraj’s long-standing focus on creativity, self-expression and bold thinking. As part of the partnership, a senior member of Hindustan Pencils’ management team will present the Best Director of the Year Award during the ceremony.
The moment will also include a brief on-stage interaction, where the brand will share insights into the thinking behind the ‘Be Bold’ campaign and how Nataraj continues to inspire generations to express themselves fearlessly.
One of the key highlights of the evening will be a live sketch artist activity curated by Hindustan Pencils. A commissioned artist will create custom illustrations for each award winner, turning the moment of recognition into a personalised creative experience. These artworks are intended to celebrate both the achievements of the winners and the artistic legacy associated with the Nataraj brand.
Adding to the experiential element, the brand will also host an interactive Nataraj ‘Be Bold’ Photo Booth for distinguished guests attending the event. Designed as an engaging and playful installation, the booth will invite attendees to tap into their creative side and take home memorable keepsakes from the evening.
Speaking on the partnership, Aishwarya Shinod, Chief Marketing Officer, Hindustan Pencils, said the brand was delighted to be associated with NDTV Indian of the Year 2025, a platform that honours individuals shaping India’s future. She noted that Nataraj has always stood for creativity and self-expression, and the collaboration provides a meaningful opportunity to celebrate bold stories and bold creators.
