Moneycontrol continues to dominate India’s digital finance landscape, recording 53.94 mn unique visitors in October 2024, according to global audience measurement agency Comscore.
This cements its position as the go-to platform for business, markets, and finance news, far surpassing competitors like Economic Times (ET), which registered 39.61 million unique visitors during the same period.
Moneycontrol not only leads in unique visitors but also outshines ET in critical engagement metrics:
• Page Views: Moneycontrol garnered 491.5 million, nearly double ET’s 250.8 million.
• Time Spent: Users spent a cumulative 458.6 million minutes on Moneycontrol, over 50 percent more than ET’s 294.8 million minutes.
These figures highlight Moneycontrol’s ability to foster deeper audience engagement, making it a trusted hub for India’s investor and business community.
Adding to its accolades, Moneycontrol Pro, the platform’s subscription-based offering, surpassed 1 million paying subscribers earlier in October. This milestone establishes it as India’s largest news subscription platform and places it among the top 15 globally.
The latest Comscore data reflects Moneycontrol’s relentless focus on delivering high-quality, reliable financial content tailored to its audience’s needs. Speaking on the achievement, Moneycontrol emphasized its commitment to serving India’s investor and business ecosystem with cutting-edge insights and updates.
