Mirchi, the city-centric music and entertainment company, collaborated with Radio City, the FM radio station, to commemorate Delhi’s 20th anniversary of radio broadcasting.
The two stations collaborated to create #20saalbemisaal, a radio program that discussed radio’s evolution as a dynamic and influential medium.
The #20saalbemisaal show was co-hosted by Mirchi RJs Naved and Sayema, as well as Radio City RJ Ginnie. They transported listeners back in time, delving into radio’s pre-digital connection with people, sharing industry experiences, career anecdotes, and campaigns.
The RJs looked at radio’s evolution as an entertainment medium, focusing on the role jocks played in shaping its future. Mirchi also hosted a celebration for the Radio City team at their studio.
