Maddock Films has revealed its latest venture, ‘Thama’, a horror-comedy that twists the classic love story into a dark, bloody narrative.
The announcement follows the record-breaking successes of ‘Stree 2’ and ‘Munjya’, two of Bollywood’s biggest hits this year, as Maddock continues to push boundaries in its distinct cinematic universe. Known for a blend of humor and horror, Maddock Films, helmed by Dinesh Vijan, is quickly building a dedicated fan base in this genre.
Directed by Aditya Sarpotdar, ‘Thama’ will feature a powerhouse cast, including Ayushmann Khurrana, Rashmika Mandanna, Paresh Rawal, and Nawazuddin Siddiqui. Written by Niren Bhatt, Suresh Mathew, and Arun Fulara, with production by Dinesh Vijan and Amar Kaushik, Thama is set to hit theaters on Diwali 2025.
The film aims to expand Maddock‘s horror-comedy universe by weaving a love story against a chilling, bloody backdrop, bringing both suspense and emotional depth. ‘Thama’ is expected to deliver laughs, scares, and romance, promising audiences a thrilling cinematic experience.
