An upcoming episode of ‘Tum Ho Naa-Ghar Ki Superstar’ is set to deliver an emotional and heartwarming moment as host Rajeev Khandelwal shares a special interaction with contestant Dhruvi Jain and her family during a conversation about her pregnancy. The touching exchange is expected to become one of the most memorable moments on the show.
According to a Sony press note yesterday, the emotional moment unfolds when Dhruvi reveals that her entire family has dressed in pink as they are all hoping to welcome a baby girl into the family. During the conversation, she requests Khandelwal to suggest a name for the unborn child, leaving the actor pleasantly surprised by the responsibility.
Responding with warmth and humour, Rajeev suggests the name ‘Sapna’ if the baby is a girl, explaining that having a daughter is itself a dream for the family. He says, “Agar ladki hui toh ek sapna poora hoga. Toh agar ladki ho toh uska kahi naam Sapna soch sakte hain. Kyunki sapna hota hai, ladki hona ek sapna hai. Ladka ho toh Swapna kar denge.”
His thoughtful response leaves Dhruvi and her family emotional and delighted. Adding a light-hearted touch to the moment, Rajeev jokingly says that if it is a boy, they can simply change the name to ‘Swapna’ while lovingly continuing to call the child ‘Sapna’.
The emotional atmosphere on the set becomes even more special when Dhruvi shares that welcoming a girl child would truly be a dream come true for the family. Rajeev further adds to the occasion by recording a heartfelt video message for the unborn baby so that the child can watch it in the future. The gesture leaves everyone on the set smiling and emotional.
Known for his calm and relatable hosting style, Khandelwal has often connected deeply with contestants and their families on the show. This latest interaction once again highlights the emotional and family-oriented moments that have become a key part of ‘Tum Ho Naa-Ghar Ki Superstar’.
The show airs Monday to Friday at 9 pm on Sony Entertainment Television and also streams on Sony LIV.
