ZEE5, India’s leading homegrown streaming platform, has announced the elevation of Kaveri Das as Business Head – Hindi, a move that signals the platform’s renewed focus on strengthening its Hindi content vertical.
In her new leadership role, Das will drive the strategic roadmap for the Hindi segment—one of ZEE5’s most crucial markets—overseeing content strategy, pricing models, product innovation, and user engagement and retention.
The announcement came via an official LinkedIn account, highlighting Das’s significant contributions to the platform’s growth and consumer-focused innovations. Until this elevation, she served as the Strategy and Customer Life Cycle Management Head, where she played a key role in boosting user engagement and refining the OTT platform’s retention architecture. Prior to that, she joined ZEE5 as Senior Vice President, leading initiatives in user engagement, retention, and category growth, laying a strong foundation for its consumer-centric strategy.
