Fans of ‘The Last of Us’ can finally rejoice as JioHotstar has unveiled the official trailer for the much-anticipated Season 2 of the critically acclaimed post-apocalyptic drama.
Set to stream from Monday, April 14, the new season promises high-stakes survival, emotional depth, and new threats in a world ravaged by chaos. New episodes will release every Monday, keeping audiences hooked for seven weeks straight.
Set five years after the events of Season 1, the upcoming season sees Joel (Pedro Pascal) and Ellie (Bella Ramsey) facing a world that is even more dangerous and unpredictable than before. As tensions rise between them, their relationship is put to the test, with new characters and challenges threatening their fragile existence.
Returning to the screen are: Pedro Pascal as Joel; Bella Ramsey as Ellie; Gabriel Luna as Tommy; and Rutina Wesley as Maria.

Based on the award-winning PlayStation® game franchise developed by Naughty Dog, the series is written and executive produced by Craig Mazin and Neil Druckmann. The show is a co-production with Sony Pictures Television, alongside PlayStation Productions, Word Games, Mighty Mint, and Naughty Dog.
