Jerry Dischler, a longstanding figure overseeing Google Ads, has announced his departure from the tech giant after a remarkable 15-year tenure.
The reins of the Ads team now transition to Vidhya Srinivasan, assuming the role of Vice President/General Manager of Ads, leveraging her extensive experience in product and engineering leadership within the advertising domain, media reports said.
Srinivasan’s guidance will directly fall under the purview of Prabhakar Raghavan, Google’s Senior Vice President.
Dischler, in a LinkedIn post, expressed his readiness for a new chapter after a rewarding tenure at Google Ads. He hailed Srinivasan’s leadership, recognizing her as a highly talented individual set to lead the team forward.
