Amazon MX Player has released a witty promo video featuring Jackie Shroff’s flamboyant Salesman from ‘Hunter S2 – Tootega Nahi Todega’ and Munawar Faruqui’s street-smart Arif from ‘First Copy’. The video blends humor, commentary on piracy, and fan-favorite characters from two different shows now streaming for free on the Amazon MX Player platform.
The video opens with Munawar’s Arif seeking sales advice from Jackie’s eccentric Salesman. From bizarre product pitches like potted plants and baseball caps to trademark ‘Mumbaiya’ quips, Jackie delivers an over-the-top crash course in street-style selling. However, the light tone quickly shifts when Arif pulls out pirated DVDs — first of First Copy, then ‘Hunter S2’. An unimpressed Jackie shoots back, ‘Tera dhandha kuch bhi ho, mere dhandhe ki band nahi bajana bhai!’
The tension deflates when Arif reveals it’s all a prank and reminds viewers that ‘Hunter S2’ is freely available on Amazon MX Player, so “there’s no chance of piracy.” However, when he cheekily asks Jackie to promote ‘First Copy’, the Salesman walks off in silence, leaving Arif — and the audience — hanging.
Jackie Shroff shared his excitement about the crossover, saying, “Munawar came to learn the art of selling, but the guy tried to sell me my own pirated DVD! Had a blast shooting this hilarious crossover. The madness was full-on, but in the end, only one rule stands—don’t mess with the Salesman. Whether it’s Arif’s First Copy or Hunter S2, the real fun begins only when the original takes the spotlight.”
Munawar Faruqui added,“I went looking for sales tips, and ended up getting schooled by Jackie sir himself. This collab was wild, witty, and so much fun. First Copy and Hunter S2, two totally different worlds colliding with pure madness. I tried bringing First Copy to the scene, but ended up learning ‘Hunter-level’ swag.”
Both series are available for free on Amazon MX Player via the Amazon shopping app, Prime Video, Fire TV, Smart TVs, and Airtel Xtreme.
