iTV Network has strengthened its presence in India’s digital news landscape, with its flagship brands — The Sunday Guardian, NewsX, India News and InKhabar — posting strong performances in the latest Comscore rankings for May 2026.
According to an iTV Network press release, the network’s digital properties recorded significant audience growth across desktop and multi-platform categories, reflecting increasing consumer preference for credible journalism, analysis-driven reporting and original news content.
Among the network’s strongest performers was The Sunday Guardian, which continued to expand its footprint in the English news segment. The publication secured the third position nationally in the English news desktop rankings with 1.7 million unique visitors. Its performance remained equally impressive in the multi-platform category, where it recorded 5.9 million unique visitors across desktop and mobile platforms, once again securing the third spot among English news publishers.

The rankings place The Sunday Guardian ahead of several established national digital news brands, highlighting its growing influence among readers seeking in-depth reporting, policy coverage and analytical journalism.
NewsX, the network’s flagship English news channel, also delivered a strong showing in the multi-platform rankings. The platform recorded 1.3 million unique visitors across desktop and mobile, earning a place among the country’s top 10 English news publishers. The growth reflects the channel’s expanding digital reach through breaking news, video-led content and analysis-focused programming.
In the Hindi news category, India News continued to strengthen its position, recording 335,000 unique desktop visitors. The performance underscores the platform’s ability to maintain audience engagement in one of India’s most competitive digital news segments.
Meanwhile, InKhabar emerged as one of the standout performers in the rankings. The Hindi digital news platform recorded 1.1 million unique desktop visitors and secured the second position nationally. The achievement placed it ahead of several leading Hindi news publishers, highlighting its growing popularity among digital news consumers.

Commenting on the achievement, Aishwarya Pandit Sharma, Chairperson of iTV Foundation, said the strong audience engagement across the network’s brands reflects changing reader preferences, with consumers increasingly seeking in-depth reporting, investigative journalism and impactful storytelling.
She noted that digital platforms have become the primary medium for news consumption and said the latest rankings reinforce the trust that audiences place in the network’s journalism. Sharma added that the company remains focused on strengthening technology capabilities and investing in talent to deliver credible and fact-based reporting.
Akshansh Yadav, CEO of iTV Digital, said audience behaviour is becoming increasingly fragmented, with consumers looking for content that is credible, exclusive and relevant to their interests. He said the network’s strategy has been to build a distinct editorial identity for each of its brands, with the latest Comscore performance reflecting the strength of that approach.
The latest rankings underscore iTV Network’s growing influence in India’s highly competitive digital news market. The combined performance of The Sunday Guardian, NewsX, India News and InKhabar highlights the network’s continued expansion across both English and Hindi news segments while reinforcing its focus on delivering impactful and trustworthy journalism.
