IN10 Media Network has announced a strategic leadership realignment, entrusting key digital platforms DocuBay and EPIC ON to two of its senior executives in a move that underscores the company’s focus on content-driven growth and operational excellence.
According to a press release issued by IN10 Media Network, Samar Khan and Sourjya Mohanty will now take on expanded roles to drive the network’s digital platforms into a new phase of synergy and scale.
Khan, who currently heads Juggernaut Productions as Chief Executive Officer, will additionally serve as the Chief Content Officer for DocuBay and EPIC ON. In this enhanced role, Khan will shape the creative vision and content strategy across both platforms, further establishing their individual storytelling identities and aligning them with the network’s broader digital ambitions.
Mohanty, who is currently the COO of EPIC ON, will now also take on the role of Chief Operating Officer at DocuBay. With this dual responsibility, he will lead the operational and business functions across both properties, focusing on performance, user experience, and sustainable growth.
Together, Khan and Mohanty will collaborate to deepen synergies across IN10’s content ecosystem and bolster both DocuBay and EPIC ON as premier destinations for relevant, impactful, and globally resonant digital content.
Commenting on the leadership expansion, Aditya Pittie, Managing Director of IN10 Media Network, said, “Samar and Sourjya’s expanded roles reflect the confidence we have in their leadership and vision. In today’s rapidly evolving ecosystem, success lies at the intersection of strong content and sound strategy.
“At IN10 Media Network, we are committed to building a future-ready digital content business — one that is driven as the premium destination of documentaries and the other for fictional storytelling excellence. This leadership realignment is a key step in advancing that mission and solidifying our position in the digital media landscape.”
