Havas Media India has strengthened its senior leadership team with key elevations across its investment and business verticals, reaffirming its focus on nurturing internal talent and deepening strategic growth across the network.
In a significant move, Ramsai Panchapakesan has been elevated to the role of President – Investments & Partnerships. With over 28 years of industry experience, Ramsai joined Havas Media India in July 2024 and has since played an instrumental role in shaping the agency’s integrated investment and trading strategy. His leadership has helped drive robust client partnerships and unlock new avenues of value creation across the network.
Joining Ramsai in the investment vertical is Binu Thomas, who has been elevated to Managing Partner – Investments & Buying. With nearly two decades at Havas Media, Binu’s expertise in media buying and performance-driven investment strategy has consistently delivered strong results for clients across categories. His elevation comes as recognition of his long-standing contribution to the agency’s investment function.
On the business side, Manish Sharma has been elevated to President – Arena India, the specialist business unit within Havas Media Network India. Manish, who has been with the organisation for over nine years, has played a pivotal role in building Arena India’s presence in the market. Under his leadership, the unit has witnessed strong growth, expanding its client roster to include brands like Kia, Realme, Zupee, Dalmia Cement, Bumble, and Kajaria Tiles.
Arena India has been actively scaling its operations over the past year, strengthening its content partnerships and expanding its service mandate in emerging segments.
Commenting on the leadership changes, Mohit Joshi, CEO of Havas Media Network India, said, “Ramsai, Binu, and Manish have been instrumental in driving our investment and business strategy, unlocking consistent growth for our clients and the network. Their expertise, leadership, and commitment to innovation continue to shape the success story of Havas Media. I am confident that in their new roles, they will further accelerate our progress and deepen our market leadership.”
Uday Mohan, COO of Havas Media India, echoed the sentiment, adding, “These well-deserved elevations reflect the strength and depth of our leadership team. Ramsai and Binu have been the backbone of our investment function, while Manish has led Arena India with great vision and execution. Their contributions embody the Havas ethos of Meaningful Media, and I look forward to collaborating closely with them as we steer the next phase of growth.”
The elevations align with Havas Media’s continued focus on bolstering its internal talent pipeline and building a future-ready leadership team across both core and emerging business verticals.
