The Central Bureau of Communication (CBC) has issued an official advisory inviting 13 eligible entities to deliver technical presentations in the first phase of the digital ad empanelment process for its Base Panel of Micro, Small and Startup entities.

The initiative aims to onboard qualified micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) and startups to deliver digital advertisement services for government campaigns.

The scheduled technical presentations, according to the CBC advisory last week, form a critical evaluation stage under the government organisation’s structured empanelment framework.

The shortlisted applicants invited to present their technical capabilities include prominent and emerging digital media agencies Broadswall Media Private Limited, Digidarts Digital Marketing, Interactive Avenues, Social Panga Marketing and Digital Communications.

The invitee list also names ValueFirst Digital Media Private Limited, Logicserve Digital Private Limited, Resultrix Media Private Limited, Webchutney Studio, Performics Convonix Technologies Private Limited, Gozoop Online Private Limited, Schbang Digital Solutions and Mindshare Media India.

The empanelment project focuses specifically on creating a specialized base panel tailored for micro, small, and startup entities. This initiative aligns with broader government directives aimed at promoting smaller enterprises and startups by providing them direct opportunities to participate in public sector digital outreach and official media drives.

Selected agencies under this will provide a comprehensive suite of digital advertisement services.

Scope of work for empanelled entities includes managing online campaign executions, targeted programmatic ad placements, performance marketing, social media promotions, and digital outreach for various Union Ministries and government departments.
