Filamchi Bhojpuri, a regional movie channel under IN10 Media Network, proudly unveils the first-ever Filamchi Music Awards, presented by Shyam Steel and co-powered by Adani Wilmar’s Fortune Soyabean Oil.
Scheduled for January 28, 2024, at Bapu Sabhagar in Patna, the groundbreaking event marks the 60th anniversary of the Bhojpuri film industry celebrated last year.
The Filamchi Music Awards, an industry-first initiative, aims to honor the exceptional contributions of artists and musicians in the Bhojpuri music fraternity.
Addressing the longstanding need for recognition within the genre, this event is set to bring together legendary Hindi playback singers Kumar Sanu and Alka Yagnik, alongside Bhojpuri celebrities, the company said in a press release.
Aditya Pittie, Managing Director of IN10 Media Network, expressed the network’s commitment to the regional industry’s growth, stating, “With our consistent investments in the genre, we aim to create a loyal audience base and establish ourselves as leaders in the category.”

The award ceremony, hosted by renowned actor Ali Asgar, Sanket Bhosale, and Monalisa (Antara Biswas), will feature a lineup of artists, including cinema personalities like Manoj Tiwari, Ravi Kishan, Pawan Singh, Dinesh Lal Yadav ‘Nirahua’, Khesari Lal Yadav, Amrapali Dubey, and more.
Filamchi Music Awards promises a historic moment with its unique blend of folk, playback singers, and contemporary celebrities, providing a memorable experience for all attendees. Radio Mirchi & music streaming service Gaana serve as the exclusive Entertainment Partners, while Trimurti Publicity & Marketing Pvt. Ltd. takes on the role of Outdoor Partner for the event.
