Dharma Productions has acquired Cornerstone’s stake in its talent management venture, Dharma Cornerstone Agency, and relaunched the business under a new identity — Dharma Collab Artists Agency (DCAA). The move marks a strategic expansion of Dharma’s presence in the artist management space, with a sharper focus on representation across film, music, sports, digital media, live experiences and culture.
According to a press release issued by the company, the rebranded DCAA will function as Dharma Productions’ exclusive platform for artist representation and career strategy. The relaunch signals the company’s intent to build a long-term, multi-disciplinary talent ecosystem aligned with the evolving creative economy.
Uday Singh Gauri will continue as Chief Executive Officer of DCAA, while Rajeev Masand remains Chief Operating Officer, ensuring leadership continuity as the agency enters its next phase of growth. With over two decades of experience across talent management, music, live entertainment and strategic partnerships, Gauri will focus on expanding the agency’s verticals, unlocking cross-platform opportunities and strengthening its cultural footprint.
The expansion also reflects Dharma Productions’ broader ambition to build a cohesive cultural platform that supports artists beyond cinema, spanning every space where creativity, influence and opportunity converge.
Commenting on the development, Apoorva Mehta, CEO of Dharma Productions, said that talent has always been central to Dharma’s identity and future vision. He noted that DCAA is a structured, long-term step towards supporting artists across disciplines and deepening the company’s role in India’s creative economy.
Uday Singh Gauri said the agency is being shaped to reflect how artists work and grow today, where representation goes beyond negotiation to include cultural understanding, business insight and adaptability. He added that DCAA aims to build meaningful, long-term careers while creating strong pathways between talent and opportunity.
DCAA currently represents a curated roster of artists across film, music and digital culture, including Janhvi Kapoor, Ananya Panday, Sara Ali Khan, Disha Patani, Rasha Thadani, Aditya Roy Kapur, Harshvardhan Rane, Lakshya, Rohit Saraf, Neeti Mohan, Jonita Gandhi, Orry, Sumukhi Suresh, Anahita Shroff, Kareema Barry and Erika Packard, among others.
