The much-awaited bilingual action-drama ‘Dacoit: Ek Prem Katha’, starring Adivi Sesh and Mrunal Thakur, is all set to release in cinemas on March 19, 2026.
The makers announced the new release date to coincide with the festive occasions of Gudi Padwa and the extended Eid weekend — a move that has already amplified excitement among fans.
The announcement was accompanied by a striking new poster that quickly took social media by storm, further building anticipation for the film’s grand theatrical debut.
Taking to X (formerly Twitter), Sesh unveiled the poster with the caption, “Ee Saari Mamulga undadhu ????? There’s NO LOOKING BACK #DACOIT This UGADI MARCH 19th 2026 in Theaters WORLDWIDE.” The post went viral within hours, with fans hailing it as one of the most exciting releases to look forward to in 2026.
‘Dacoit: Ek Prem Katha’ has been creating buzz ever since its announcement, with audiences eagerly awaiting its unique blend of high-octane action and emotional depth.
Directed by Shaneil Deo, the film marks his much-anticipated directorial debut. Produced by Supriya Yarlagadda under the banner of Annapurna Studios, it is co-produced by Suniel Narang and presented by the same studio. Notably, the film has been shot simultaneously in Hindi and Telugu.
