The show, produced by Shashi Sumeet Productions, ventures into the tale of a couple entangled in a marriage shrouded in deception. Scheduled to premiere on January 3 and airing from Monday to Friday at 9:30 pm exclusively on COLORS, the series is set against the picturesque backdrop of Rajasthan.
‘Mera Balam Thanedaar’ explores the contrasting personalities of Veer, an honest IPS Officer, and Bulbul, a vibrant young girl who finds herself embroiled in a marriage based on a hidden truth about her age.
Unbeknownst to Bulbul, her parents have concealed her real age, while Veer, a staunch opponent of deceit, unintentionally becomes a part of an underage marriage.
The producers, Shashi Mittal and Sumeet Mittal, express their enthusiasm for crafting stories that resonate with audiences across India. The series, shot in the breathtaking locales of Mandawa, Pushkar, and Kishangarh, aims to authentically capture the essence of Rajasthan’s culture and locales.
