COLORS channel is set to captivate viewers once again with the premiere of its new mythological show, ‘Laxmi Narayan’, on April 22 at 10 pm.
Following the success of ‘Shiv Shakti-Tap Tyaag Tandav’, the channel aims to enthrall audiences with the epic tale of the divine couple, Goddess Laxmi and Lord Vishnu.
With the tagline “Har Ghar Mein Hain Laxmi Narayan” (Laxmi Narayan resides in every home), the show promises to unveil the secrets to happiness, prosperity, and balance, inspiring viewers to welcome abundance into their lives. Produced by Siddharth Kumar Tewary’s Swastik Productions, “Laxmi Narayan” features Srikant Dwivedi and Shivya Pathania in the titular roles of Narayan and Laxmi, respectively.
Alok Jain, President of General Entertainment at Viacom18, expressed his excitement for the upcoming show, highlighting the special place mythological dramas hold in Indian culture as a unifying force for families. He believes that ‘Laxmi Narayan’ will offer valuable life lessons on compatibility, trust, mutual respect, and overcoming challenges.
Founder and Chief Creative of Swastik Productions, Siddharth Kumar Tewary, emphasized the divine grace of Laxmi, stating that her presence elevates mortals to the stature of Narayan. Tewary shared his pride in fortifying the mythological universe with ‘Laxmi Narayan’, following the overwhelming love received for their previous show.
‘Laxmi Narayan’ is set to air every Monday to Friday at 10 pm exclusively on COLORS. Viewers can anticipate an enriching and visually stunning journey into the timeless saga of the revered divine couple, as the channel continues to strengthen the mythology genre in the television industry.
