Indian urban & rural phone subs show upward trend in Jan-21

The number of telephone subscribers in India increased from 1,173.83 million at the end of December-20 to 1,183.49 million at the end of January-21, showing a monthly growth rate of 0.82%, according to Telecom Regulatory Authority of India’s data.
