The BULLET microdrama app has crossed 10 million downloads on the Google Play Store, marking a significant milestone in its growth as it continues to gain traction in India’s rapidly evolving digital entertainment space. The achievement highlights the platform’s rising popularity, driven by its focus on short-form, engaging storytelling tailored for mobile-first audiences.
According to a press release, the milestone reflects BULLET’s expanding presence and growing user adoption across markets. The platform’s emphasis on snackable, high-impact content has helped it connect strongly with viewers, positioning it as a notable player in the microdrama segment.
This growth is also evident in the performance of its content library. Among its most-watched titles, ‘Rickshaw Romeo’ leads with 9.1 million views, followed by ‘Auto Raja’ with 3.4 million views and ‘Laxmi Raj’ with 2.6 million views. Other popular titles such as ‘Lady Boss’, ‘With Love’ and ‘Dear Didimoni’ have also garnered significant traction, contributing to the platform’s overall engagement.
Beyond the app ecosystem, BULLET has been building its presence on social media as well, crossing 100,000 followers on Instagram. This indicates a steadily growing digital community and an audience that is not only consuming content but also engaging with the brand across platforms.
Commenting on the milestone, Azim Lalani, Co-Founder and Chief Business Officer, said that crossing 10 million downloads reflects the strong resonance the platform is building with audiences. He added that the focus has been on creating stories that are engaging, relatable, and rooted in everyday experiences, a strategy that is now visible in both downloads and viewer engagement.
With micro-drama content available across seven Indian languages, BULLET continues to expand its reach while strengthening its position in the short-form entertainment space, tapping into the increasing demand for quick, compelling storytelling formats.
