BIG FM, a leading radio network in India, has announced an extensive content refresh, revamping its programming, music, and brand identity to resonate with evolving listener preferences. Embracing its slogan ‘Dhun Badal Ke Toh Dekho’, BIG FM aims to become a multimedia platform that delivers entertainment, engagement, and cutting-edge technology.
A central highlight of this refresh is the launch of ‘Dhun Badal Ke Toh Dekho’ S3, with Bollywood actor Pankaj Tripathi exploring themes around masculinity in contemporary society. The show is characterized by Tripathi’s distinctive blend of humor and satire, bringing fresh perspectives on relevant social topics.
BIG FM’s CEO, Abe Thomas, expressed that the network’s new approach aims to build a deeper, lasting connection with its audience. With a focus on four pillars—content, music, soundscape, and technology—the network is committed to enhancing the listening experience. As part of this initiative, BIG FM has introduced a dynamic rendition of its brand song ‘Dhun Badal Ke Toh Dekho’, featuring Sushant Divgikar, also known as Rani Ko-HE-Nur, bringing a modern and inclusive vibe to the iconic tune.
BIG FM is also expanding its digital footprint with innovations such as ‘BIG Dhun’, an AI-driven music platform tailored for personalization, and BIG Creators Club, a platform that bridges brands with influencers and storytellers.
COO Sunil Kumaran noted that the refresh reflects BIG FM’s goal to break the mold and offer a more immersive, personalized experience. A refreshed playlist further enhances the appeal, blending timeless hits with tracks that reflect contemporary musical tastes, redefining the network’s soundscape to match today’s trends.
Through these updates, BIG FM aspires to foster a sense of belonging among listeners, making them a part of its ongoing narrative.
