On September 29, 2024, BIG FM, one of India’s leading radio networks, launched the inaugural BIG Dream Makers Awards 2024 at Taj Vivanta in Dwarka, New Delhi. This prestigious event celebrated the exceptional leaders and visionaries in the real estate sector who have significantly contributed to its growth and development in India.

As the nation advances on the global stage, the demand for quality housing and commercial infrastructure has become essential for economic and social progress. The BIG Dream Makers Awards recognized trailblazers from various states, honoring their contributions and celebrating those shaping the future of the real estate industry, the radio network said in a press release.

The awards honored top achievers across diverse categories, including; Residential Real Estate Developers (Affordable and Luxury Housing), Commercial and Retail Developers, Sustainable Design and Construction, Women Super Achievers in Real Estate, Leisure & Entertainment Projects.
