Ayushmann Khurrana’s ‘Dream Girl 2’ to release in June 2023

The first trailer and release date for the ‘Dream Girl 2’ movie, starring Bollywood actors Ayushmann Khurrana and Ananya Panday, was announced on Friday.

The teaser and the June 29, 2023 release date were announced by Ayushmann on his social media. He stated in the caption of the social media post, “The 29th of June 2023 will be Eid, Miliye Pooja se, and Aapki Dream Girl will be there. Dream Girl 2 opens in theatres on June 29, 2023.” The brief teaser included the characters of the upcoming movie as well as a sneak peek at the second instalment of the Dream Girl franchise.

Actors like Annu Kapoor, Paresh Rawal, Vijay Raaz, Manoj Joshi, Rajpal Yadav, Seema Pahwa, Manjot Singh, and Abhishek Banerjee will join the leading duo.

The story of Karam (Ayushmann), a small-town guy who is trying to lead a responsible life in Mathura and falls in love with Pari, is told in ‘Dream Girl 2’, but life is determined to not take him seriously. In a twist of fate, Karam changes into Pooja, adding further confusion to his already crazy life.

The movie was produced by Ektaa R. Kapoor and Shobha Kapoor under the brand of Balaji Motion Pictures and directed by Raaj Shaandilya.
