Govt. transfers 10 in-orbit comms satellites to NSIL

India’s federal cabinet, chaired by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, has approved the transfer of 10 in-orbit communication satellites from Government of India to NewSpace India Ltd. (NSIL), a wholly owned public sector enterprise under the administrative control of the Department of Space.

Amazing and grim battle for survival. Guess it will end up in Supreme Court. All that NCLT asked Zee to do was to file a reply to Invesco petition for a EGM. Now this is getting too serious. So far Invesco has been hammered for demanding an EGM. What is Zee upto? Ofcourse my lawyer community knows better!
