Ajay Devgn and Tabu’s romantic drama ‘Auron Mein Kahan Dum Tha‘ is set to hit theatres on August 2, as announced by Ajay on his official X account on Saturday.
Sharing a poster of the Neeraj Pandey directorial, Ajay wrote, “The wait will be over on August 2nd!”
Originally slated for release on July 5, the film’s release was postponed at the request of exhibitors and the distribution fraternity. The makers revealed last month that the new release date would be announced soon, PTI reported from Mumbai.
‘Auron Mein Kahan Dum Tha‘ is an epic romantic drama spanning from 2002 to 2023, revolving around two lovers, played by Ajay and Tabu, who are destined to reunite after two decades.
Shantanu Maheshwari and Saiee Manjrekar portray the younger versions of Ajay and Tabu, respectively. The film also features Jimmy Sheirgill as Tabu’s husband.
The original soundtrack is scored by Oscar-winning musician M.M. Kreem, with lyrics by Manoj Muntashir.
Presented by NH Studioz and produced by Narendra Hirawat, Kumar Mangat Pathak (Panorama Studios), Sangeeta Ahir, and Shital Bhatia, the film is a Friday Filmworks Production.
