Arjun Kapoor’s ‘Ek Villain Returns’ to release next July

Bollywood actor Arjun Kapoor and producer Ekta Kapoor on Wednesday announced that their upcoming film ‘Ek Villian Returns’ will arrive in theatres next year on the occasion of Eid July 8, 2022. It stars John Abraham, Disha Patani and Tara Sutaria in the lead roles.

The crime thriller is a sequel to the 2014 film ‘Ek Villain’ that featured Sidharth Malhotra, Shraddha Kapoor, and Riteish Deshmukh.

Announcing the release date of the film, producer Kapoor took to Instagram and wrote, “Iss baar hero nahi, Ek Villain Returns on Eid 2022. Revenge will be served on 8th July 2022.”

The film is directed by Mohit Suri and jointly produced by Bhushan Kumar’s T-Series and Ekta Kapoor’s Balaji Telefilms.
