After much anticipation and a slight delay, Anushka Shetty’s upcoming film ‘Ghaati’ has officially locked its release date. The Krish Jagarlamudi directorial is all set to hit cinema halls worldwide on July 11, 2024, bringing Shetty back to the big screen in a powerful new role.
Originally scheduled to release on April 15, the film’s launch was postponed for undisclosed reasons. Now, with fresh momentum and growing buzz, ‘Ghaati’ is poised to make a grand entry into theatres next month. According to a PTI report, the makers made the new release date official through a striking announcement on Tuesday.
Production house UV Creations took to its official X handle to share the news, writing, “Coming to claim her throne and conquer the box office. #Ghaati GRAND RELEASE WORLDWIDE ON JULY 11th,” along with a poster that set fans buzzing with excitement. The film is presented by UV Creations and jointly produced by Rajeev Reddy and Sai Babu Jagarlamudi.
Helmed by Krish Jagarlamudi, known for his distinct storytelling and visual flair, ‘Ghaati’ promises to be a gripping cinematic experience. While plot details have been tightly under wraps, early glimpses suggest a fierce and intense avatar for Anushka, who returns to a full-length starring role after a considerable gap.
The film marks yet another high-stakes release for UV Creations, a banner known for backing large-scale, content-rich films in the Telugu industry. With a strong creative team and an experienced lead in Shetty, ‘Ghaati’ is expected to strike a chord with audiences across languages.
With just over a month to go, the buzz around the film is steadily building, especially among Anushka’s fans who have been eager to see her lead another intense narrative. As the countdown to July 11 begins, ‘Ghaati’ stands tall as one of the most awaited releases of the season.
