‘Vijay 69’, an upcoming slice-of-life OTT film from YRF Entertainment, will star veteran actor Anupam Kher.
Akshay Roy, the director of Ayushmann Khurrana and Parineeti Chopra’s 2017 film ‘Meri Pyari Bindu’, will direct the film.
According to PTI, ‘Vijay 69’ will tell the story of a sexagenarian man (Kher) who decides to compete in a triathlon at the age of 69.
Maneesh Sharma, known for directing YRF titles such as ‘Band Baaja Baaraat’, ‘Shuddh Desi Romance’, and ‘Fan’, will produce the film.
‘Vijay 69’ is the third project from YRF Entertainment, the newly launched digital arm of the production banner Yash Raj Films (YRF).
