Times Network rebrands Mirror Now

New Delhi, 17-June -2026, By IBW Team

Times Mirror

Times Network has relaunched Mirror Now with a refreshed brand identity and an expanded content strategy aimed at serving the evolving media consumption habits of young, urban and digitally connected audiences.

Built around the proposition ‘One Channel. World of News’, the revamped platform is positioning itself beyond the conventional format of a television news channel. The network said the new Mirror Now will function as a premium information destination, bringing together news, business, culture, entertainment, lifestyle and social conversations under a single umbrella.

The relaunch reflects a broader shift in audience behaviour, particularly among younger viewers who increasingly consume content across television and digital platforms. With the new strategy, Mirror Now aims to move beyond a headline-driven news approach and create a wider content ecosystem that caters to multiple interests and information needs.

The channel will primarily target viewers aged 22 to 40 years across urban India, including young professionals, entrepreneurs, creators and aspirational consumers. To deepen engagement, Mirror Now plans to combine television programming with digital-first content initiatives and leverage both established anchors and creators to extend discussions beyond broadcast platforms.

Content on the channel will span a wide range of genres, including business, breaking news, politics, global affairs, automobiles, technology and entertainment, among others.

A major highlight of the relaunch is the return of The Urban Debate, Mirror Now’s flagship weekday prime-time programme. The show will air at 9 pm and will be anchored by Shreya Dhoundial, Executive Editor, Times Network.

According to the network, ‘The Urban Debate’ will focus on issues shaping contemporary India through analysis, diverse viewpoints and accountability-driven journalism. The programme will cover topics ranging from governance, public policy and business to culture, society and broader conversations influencing public discourse.

Times Network said the show will continue to serve as a platform for informed debate while reflecting the concerns and aspirations of a new generation of viewers.

With the relaunch, Mirror Now is seeking to strengthen its position as a trusted information platform for audiences navigating an increasingly fragmented media environment. The network said the channel’s expanded content offering is designed to reflect the diverse interests and conversations shaping modern India while maintaining its commitment to credible and impact-driven journalism.
