Actors Lakshvir Saran and Palak Tiwari are receiving appreciation from viewers for their chemistry in ‘Lukkhe’, which recently premiered on Prime Video. Set against the backdrop of Chandigarh’s rap and crime scene, the series blends emotional relationships with an intense thriller narrative.

According to a press note shared by the makers, audiences, particularly younger viewers, are connecting strongly with the emotional warmth and understanding shared between Lakshvir’s character Lucky and Palak’s character Sanober. Their bond brings moments of comfort and emotional balance to the gritty storyline centred around rap culture, crime, and revenge.

Speaking about working with Tiwari, Saran said the atmosphere on set often became emotionally heavy because of the intense scenes in the series, and the team would look towards Palak to lighten the mood with her positivity and cheerful energy.

He shared, “As the series is filled with several intense emotional scenes, the whole team would often look around for Palak to light up the room with her infectious happy energy. It was truly a delight to find a co-star who is not only brilliant at what she does, but has also become a very good friend.”

Tiwari, daughter of popular TV actor Shweta Tiwari, also spoke warmly about Lakshvir, describing him as a calming presence throughout the filming process. She said his composed and supportive nature helped her during emotionally demanding scenes and allowed her to explore the vulnerability of her character comfortably.

“Lakshvir was calm in all the chaos. His stability and peaceful nature brought me a lot of comfort and support, especially during emotionally intense scenes. He gave me the space to explore Sanober’s vulnerability while also being protective of the character and the journey we were trying to portray,” she said.

The crime thriller is currently streaming globally on Prime Video across more than 240 countries and territories.
