The mystery-fantasy thriller ‘Sambhavam Adhyayam Onnu’ is set to make its digital debut on JioHotstar from April 15, bringing a suspense-driven story rooted in folklore and intrigue to audiences across the country.
According to a UNI report, the film is set against the backdrop of a dense forest region along the Kerala–Tamil Nadu border, a place steeped in local legends where, as the lore suggests, no one who enters has ever returned. The narrative builds on this chilling premise, unfolding a mystery that seeks to uncover the truth behind these unsettling claims.
Written and directed by Jithu Satheesan, the film is produced under the banner of Nalla Cinema Productions by Fahad Sidheekh, Faras Mohammed and Fayez Mohammed. The project blends elements of fantasy and suspense, aiming to create an immersive viewing experience.
The film features a cast including Askar Ali, Vineeth Kumar, Sidharth Bharathan, Senthil Krishna and Assim Jamal, each playing key roles in driving the story forward. Cinematography is handled by Naveen Najose, with editing by Arjun Prakash and music composed by Godwin Thomas.
In a bid to reach a wider audience, ‘Sambhavam Adhyayam Onnu’ will be available in five languages Malayalam, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada and Hindi reflecting the growing trend of pan-India releases on OTT platforms.
Blending mystery, fantasy and suspense, the film promises an edge-of-the-seat experience as it explores fear, folklore and the unknown, setting the stage for an intriguing streaming release this April.
